Coach or Consultant — Is There a Difference?

Sales trainers became sales coaches. Image consultants became image coaches.

To me, coaching is a part of consulting. Working with a client to solve a problem or achieve an objective, transferring the gained knowledge to and client, and coaching the client on how to use this newly created expertise independently in the future is what every good consultant does.
