Keeping fit is healthy. Taking your fitness regime to extremes can cause health problems.

A good night’s sleep is important for our bodies and mind to function. Oversleeping does not only make us feel groggy all day, but carries as many health risks as insufficient sleep.

Updating laws and regulations can improve whatever needs improving — food standards, general safety, business practices. Over-regulation stifles innovation.

Anything taken to extremes will run counter to the original good intent.
